SearchVesselPortAgents

SearchVesselPortAgents(FieldName As String, FieldValue As String, CallReference As String, Departure As Boolean, SessionTicket As String) As Parties.
Searches Vessel Port Agents.

This Web Service is restricted to logged users and it requires the the use of the Ticket returned by the login service.
All searches use a beginning with criteria.

Parameters:
-FieldName: Name of the field to search. Available FieldNames are: CompanyCode, CIF, CompanyName.
-FieldValue: Search criteria for the field name. Empty string to retrieve all entries.
-CallReference: Reference of vessel call.
-Departure: Indicates if Cargo Agent is to the arrival or departure in the Call Request.
-SessionTicket: The Ticket returned by the Login Web Service

Returned values:
-Parties: List of Vessel Port Agents that meet the specified search criteria. The list of Vessel Port Agents complies with the Parties schema
-SOAP exception: Some kind of problem has occurred during the execution of the action. The SOAP exception will contain a complete description of the problem.
