SearchCarriersWithTicketAndCif

SearchCarriersWithTicketAndCif(Code As String, Name As String, Cif as String, ServiceCode As String, Ticket As String) As Parties.
Searches registered Carriers in the Valenciaport Portal.

This Web Service requieres a previous login to the system.
All searches use a beginning with criteria.

Parameters:
-Code: Search criteria for the code assigned to the organization. Empty string to retrieve all entries.
-Name: Search criteria for the name of the organization. Empty string to retrieve all entries.
-Cif: Cif of the party. Empty string to retrieve all entries.
-ServiceCode: Service associated with the party.
-Ticket: The Ticket returned by the Login Web Service

Returned values:
-Parties: List of Carriers that meet the specified search criteria. The list of Carriers complies with the Parties schema
-SOAP exception: Some kind of problem has occurred during the execution of the action. The SOAP exception will contain a complete description of the problem.
