GetVesselTechnicalDataByIdentifier

GetVesselTechnicalDataByIdentifier(IMO As String, CallSign As String, FlagCode As String, MMSINumber As String, Ticket As String) As Vessels.
Returns the Vessel File registered by the Port Authority.

This Web Service is restricted to logged users and it requires the the use of the Ticket returned by the login service.
Parameters:
-IMO: IMO Number of the Vessel.
-CallSign: CallSign of the Vessel.
-FlagoCode: FlagoCode of the Vessel.
-MMSINumber: MMSINumber of the Vessel.
-Ticket: The Ticket returned by the Login Web Service

Returned values:
-Vessels: Vessel File. The Vessel File complies with the Vessels schema
-SOAP exception: Some kind of problem has occurred during the execution of the action. The SOAP exception will contain a complete description of the problem.
