CheckVesselPortCalls

CheckVesselPortCalls(CallReference As String, VesselAgentCIF As String, CargoAgentCIF As String, Departure As Boolean) As String.
Checks a registered Vessel Port Call.

This Web Service is public and it does not require any previous login to the system.
Parameters:
-CallReference: CallReference to check.
-VesselAgentCIF: Fiscal code of the Vessel Agent that presented the Call Request. This parameter is optional, if it is left in blank this method will not search the Vessel Call by this parameter.
-CargoAgentCIF: Fiscal code of the Cargo Agent that it is included in the Call Request. This parameter is optional, if it is left in blank this method will not search the Vessel Call by this parameter.
-Departure: Indicates if Cargo Agent is to the arrival or departure in the Call Request.
Returned values:
-PortOfCall:Port of Call or empty string if the CallReference does not exist.
-SOAP exception: Some kind of problem has occurred during the execution of the action. The SOAP exception will contain a complete description of the problem.
